- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
Items such as cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or damaged.

Opened or used beauty products
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number Clear photos of the damaged/defective item(s)
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Damage ,Defective and replacement products will be delivered in 7 -8 working days. - Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within [1–2 hours] of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
